What is a bully. The kid in the backyard taking your lunch money? The popular girl in school post nasty comments on your facebook? I think we have the mistake of everyone can grow out off been bullied. Is it true? Even we are adults, the bullies still exist in different form. Our colleague, management, friends, parents etc.
who created bully? Believe or not, we did. We made the bullies, we feed the bullies with our non-confrontation indirective communication, we made the bullies the way they are. We single hand created a bully. Every time we let bully to get away with their ridiculous demand, they grow because no one else has ever told them no. The word of no doesn't exist in their lives because we are so afraid to confront the "no"
What we can do. stand up and say "no" it is not okay to been bullied, it is not fair to been pushed around, it is not justice. Should we sit the dark corner, silently take all the pain and shame? or we stand up to say "no" even it can change nothing. At least we have done what we can which is giving them the "no". yes the definition of "no" exists in this world.
